The New York State Senate passed updated gun restrictions banning firearms in many public places, including Times Square, in addition to stiffening permit requirements. Governor Kathy Hochul has signed the legislation which comes a week after the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that allowed the possession of firearms in public.

As long as you don't ban firearms in places you require people to go or travel. As long as you require people to appear; in hearings, or for vaccines. The streets and sidewalks will have to be used to carry arms.
