Remember when Micheal Brown confronted the shop keeper. Didn't end well for him either.

  2. Robin Justice says:

Charges never should've been brought against him in the first place. It was crystal clear from the video it was self defense.

  3. Wilbur says:

Yeah to say an unarmed man nah, a 35 year old put his hands on a 60 year old. At that point them hands can be deadly so alba had to defend himself.

  4. We_R_Venom1187 says:

I can’t believe the family would even say something like that. That man not only was a career criminal but the fact he would do that over a bag of chips brings no sympathy from me. Obviously he could’ve paid for the chips but seeing how he did what he did, he was broke too.

Bring back “Stop and Frisk” NOW!
They say it’s Racist because it works.

Where are the charges against the girlfriend, who pulled out a knife and stabbed Alba multiple times? W t actual f?

  7. Death says:

That violent offenders family is evil. He wasn't unarmed, he has arms, you could clearly see in the video what damage he could do with them to the poor old man. People die from ONE PUNCH. Anyone who shows violent behavior to a person is an immediate threat to your life. Candra Simon, your cousin was a POS and is now getting eaten by worms, which is the most use he's ever done for the planet. This is the best outcome all round, one criminal off the streets and in the ground and this hero is free. 🙂

  8. C.W Dervin says:

Self defense don’t exist anymore… thank goodness he was Hispanic or the poor clerk would be a white supremacist

  9. Mike Allen says:

"This decision sets a dangerous precedent", uh no… But I would say that charging a man with murder who was clearly acting in self defense was indeed an attempt to set a "dangerous precedent".

  10. GM Beth Harmon says:

It's insane that this was even up for discussion. In any struggle where the robber gets killed, the person defending themselves needs a pat on the back, not the threat of charges.

This hard-working man wouldn't have been going around stabbing people randomly – it's his attacker who was scum, and it's good for society that he's dead.

Young woman telling old guy “ my husbands gonna fk you up “……….How you feeling now eh? Over a bag of chips you couldn’t afford

I hope he sues back and they fire the attorney. I swear to god DAs just want to charge ANYONE except actual criminals with bogus charges.. They just want cases under their names, it doesnt matter who's right or wrong to them..

0:36 "They have to make some type of law that would allow us to protect ourselves"

Sir, that's what we call the right to self sefense, stand your ground law and also there's the second amendment…

  15. Juicy Smooyay says:

Mr ex-convict went there thinking he gangsta, sees an old man then proceeds to enter behind the counter thinking he can just rough him up. The way he posturing up as he approached the old man says he's looking for a problem. This is the problem with the BLM crowd, always escalating the situation instead of being civilised. Your hood mentality is what gets your stupid @ss in jail and yeh its never your own fault, always someone else's.

  16. ChrisCo says:

It's disgusting and appalling that he would even get charged for defending his own life from a career criminal thug that was twice his size and half his age!!

It’s always best to walk away than act like a big man , you might just live another day. All bullies will one day meet their match and they never know when that day will happen.

This really seems like a nefarious push by some of the leaders in this country, this should have been an open and shut issue from the beginning. The fact that he served a week in prison is absolutely ridiculous
