Missouri passed legislation which took effect in 2021, barring police from enforcing federal gun laws that aren’t already on the books in the state. The law also allows citizens to sue police departments if they do for $50,000 each time. This means that parts of the recent gun control legislation passed in Congress may not be able to be enforced in Missouri. Is your socialist state Representative listed? (10 of the 28 listed are from NY & NJ.)
Congressional Progressive Socialists who recently voted “NO” on the bill to protect USSC Justices and their families. To this date the federal government has not supplied protection for the justices at their homes. Demonstrators at the Justices homes are in violation of two federal laws. Merrick Garland does nothing. This is the same group that is soft on crime, voted for de-fund the police, voting rights for illegal aliens, 'Gun control', and support open borders & benefits to
    illegal aliens.

With the unconstitutional assault on law abiding citizens, Missouri should be commended.

Firearm-ignorant Demoncrats do not care about logic, reason, or people's right to self-defense, only their anti-gun anti-US Consitution feelings. Remember, these corrupt politicians have armed security, utilizing the very same tools they want to deny you the use of.

They are totally uneducated and completely ignorant about the tools they are trying to ban, therefore they are not qualified as professionals to even be discussing this issue, much less making any decisions, even if what they were suggesting was constitutional, which it is absolutely not, recently supported by a US Supreme Court ruling.

As an American Air Force veteran, I think in these modern times, the 2nd Amendment as it was written is the dumbest piece of legislation, I've ever heard of.

Without further updates, it's basically worse than the concept of ALL modern forms of transportation being limited to just the horse and buggy, of that day…

The 2nd Amendment is just as out-dated and antiquated.

It was passed in 1791, doing the time of the MUSKET pistol and the MUSKET rifle, am I right?

Both of those personal protection guns were single shot weapons, that were only accurate up to about 50 feet…

Which is just enough DISTANCE a person who are legitimately being attacked would need to safely defend themselves, wouldn't you agree?

So, in its purest interpretation, like the Republicans are use to, yeah everybody in the Country has a right to bear arms for self defense, by them only having a single shot MUSKET…

If they want to ALWAYS go back and look at the pureness of the Constitution, just let even 3 year old babies have a MUSKET for their self defense…

They deserve to have a MUSKET, based on the letter of the law, but they don't deserve to have a BAZOOKA…

They don't deserve to have a TANK …

They don't deserve to have a NUCLEAR WEAPON…

Those are the progressively more and more DEADLY SELF-DEFENSE technologies in modern times…

Otherwise, without proper and constantly updated 2nd Amendment legislation, that are always based on the latest technologies and weapons of WAR, there will never be ANY LIMITS to personal self-defense…UGGH!!!

As PROOF, who could have imagined back in the 1945, at the end of WW-II, that less than 80 years into the future, there would be far more weapons of WAR in the homes of Americans, than every Man, Woman, and child in the entire Country…

It's already sheer MADNESS, that will only get even WORSE, as mass shootings become ACCEPTED to be as common as COPS SHOOTING TOTALLY UNARMED Black people in their back !!! 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Even as Malcom X said, eventually ALL CHICKENS will come home to ROOST…

They're going about it all wrong! Instead of taking guns away from law bidding citizens, They SHOULD make psychological exams mandatory for anyone in a position of power, locally & nationally including law enforcement, medical personnel and gun owners & buyers.
(Because Narcissist, Sociopaths & Psychopaths are ALL attracted to positions of power.) Henceforth that would cover ALL the bases. On top of that, they should make Lobbying & lobbyists illegal, because it not only Takes away the power of the Vote by the general population
    ("WE THE PEOPLE")
it also allows infiltration of Our Government by anyone, including foreign countries & possible terrorist organizations… Etc.
    *Corporation's are Not people.
    "Make America safe Again."
That's The right way & maintains our
Bill of Rights & Constitutional Rights, As well as weeding out a lot of ongoing chaos Nationwide.

Gun laws are unconstitutional. Constitution is very clear, A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, ( the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.)
