Martha Stewart has no shame in her game.
During an interview with E! News published this week, the approach to life mogul revealed some insight into her current dating life — and it doesn’t include caring for any men.
“I do know quite a lot of eligible men,” Stewart, 81, admitted to the outlet.
“I believe they actually need a lady who will handle them, so I’m still not quite within the position where I can handle a person full-time because I work an excessive amount of.”
She also divulged that sometimes, dating takes a backseat because she is so focused on her work life.
The entrepreneur said she had a “hard time” clearing time for each.
“If I analyze my life, I believe the work has taken precedence over the romance,” she spilled.
She continued, “I even have a tough time making room for each and it’s not the best priority that I even have a boyfriend, but it surely can be nice!”
Stewart married publisher Andrew Stewart in 1961, and so they divorced nearly 30 years later, in 1990.
The couple has one daughter together, Alexis Stewart.
While speaking with People in 2020, she shared more in regards to the divorce and the way much it affected her on the time.
“Getting divorced was a terrible thing for me, because we were the primary to divorce in my family,” she recalled. “And that we haven’t spoken for the reason that divorce is much more painful. But I’m very strong, and I’m very motivated to get on with life.”
After the divorce, she dated actor Anthony Hopkins, but revealed during a 2022 appearance on the now-defunct “Ellen DeGeneres Show” that she needed to end the connection after she saw him within the 1991 film, “The Silence of the Lambs.”
Within the movie, Hopkins played Dr. Hannibal Lecter, who was a serial killer, offing people by eating them as a cannibal.
He wore an infamous mask that featured a metal cage on his mouth, something that Stewart didn’t appear to like very much.
“I even have a giant, scary house in Maine that’s way by itself on 100 acres within the forest, and I couldn’t even imagine taking Anthony Hopkins there,” Stewart told DeGeneres on the time.
The entrepreneur didn’t note exactly when she dated the actor, but he’s since gotten married again, tying the knot with actress Stella Arroyave in 2003.
Arroyave is his third wife.
And, although she could also be single now, the CBD tycoon hasn’t been very shy about who she’s crushing on up to now.
In January, she admitted that she has a thing for Brad Pitt, and gushed that the actor was “aging beautifully.”
