He’s putting his best foot forward.
Ross Mowbray has quit his full-time job and now travels the world taking pictures of his globe-trotters.
The 29-year-old has at all times loved traveling and visiting recent places and now that he not works full-time, he’s in a position to absorb a number of the world’s most spectacular sights.
Mowbray, a part-time IT recruiter within the UK, has managed to jet set to destinations like Egypt, Iceland, Norway, Australia and Thailand, spending a mere $12,000 for his many adventures.
“I used to be working full time in the identical job, but then began doing fewer hours to be able to fit the travel in as well,” he told Caters.
The “self-taught photographer” often writes about his travels on Instagram, and posts photos of his feet along the way in which.
Mowbray said he wanted to offer make his viewers feel like they were actually traveling themselves — which is why he takes loads of his photos from his standpoint.
“I also hadn’t really seen a terrific deal of photos done in this fashion, which also made me need to take them myself,” he explained.
“I’ve only really began doing the POV feet photos within the last 12 months or two, which suggests I’ll need to revisit some previously visited countries to be able to take different photos,” he said.
Although he has a formidable list of nations under his belt, the globetrotter says he’s at all times done short trips but is planning on taking a protracted trip around the globe in the longer term.
“The complete list of nations I’ve visited are Scotland, Wales, Norway, Iceland, Finland, Sweden, Thailand, Cambodia, USA, Australia, Dubai, Egypt, Spain, Italy, France, Hungary, Greece, Czech Republic, Brunei,” he listed.
“Some I, unfortunately, didn’t get to properly explore, so may also need to revisit those sooner or later.”
Mowbray said he’s grateful for all the things he’s experienced to date, listing swimming with whale sharks in western Australia and seeing the Pyramids in Egypt as a few of his favorites.
“My advice for anyone can be to not spend an excessive amount of time searching through your camera, if it’s possible so that you can spend a bit more money to do something you’ve at all times desired to,” he said.
“You won’t regret doing so and a few places are cheaper to get to than you would possibly think.”
