An FBI serving a search warrant is not really a "raid" and Clinton was served a subpoena and cooperated, if she had not, then perhaps a search warrant would have happened. Trump refused to cooperate with the subpoena and therefore after like a year of trying to get him to cooperate, they went to the next steps. Clinton was a former first lady, a current Secretary of State, and a possible Presidential Nominee. If being a past President and possible Presidential Nominee matter, then so should Clinton, but frankly there should be NO governmental position that puts you above the law.
So because Nixon was President, he should have been able to just NOT turn over the tapes that were under subpoena for Watergate??? The President, Ex-President, Future President, etc. is not above the law.

Yeah… I don't think it's a 'clerical issue'. And no confidence was breached in the process of executing this search warrant. If anything, it restores a bit of the confidence that has been missing for some time.
