75 million Americans are under heat alerts today as the hottest weekend of the year kicks off. The heat wave is threatening about 40 million people’s water supply out west. In the east, Amtrak is warning that trains need to slow down because it’s so hot. Officials reported heat-related deaths in Texas and Pennsylvania, both victims were older with underlying conditions. Heat kills an estimated 1,300 people every year in the U.S., which is more than any other weather event.

Plant shade trees for a cooler breeze oOr live with hot dessert wind. Sigh….. This plan isn't being talked about. Cost too much? Too late? Too stupid?

Just when you thought Amtrak couldn't go any slower. Pretty soon they'll start going backwards.

You know what metropolis and its people deals with this kind of heat and humidity extremely well? Anywhere in East Asia, but specifically Tokyo. I've lived in the Tokyo area on and off about half my adult life; I don't even see smart, typical, logical advice on how to deal with living, eating, and sleeping in hot weather. So here are a few tips I haven't heard on my news at home in the United States.

    * At night, sleep on a beach towel. Also put a beach towel on your pillow. In Japan we have a thing called a "towelket" (towel + blanket) as well as cool covers for matresses and pillows, but I find the towelket works better and is more comfortable.

    * Wear a kerchief on your head and/or around your neck, because that's where most of the sweat comes from. In Japan we have these beautiful things called tennugui (translation: hand towel), which are basically just linen clothes, like handkerchief (spelling?)

    * Don't wear cotton t-shirts and shorts. You might as well be wearing a sweater. Surfer shorts, Hawaiian shirts, sports jerseys, gym wear, that's all good, but not the typical heavy cotton t-shirt, shorts, and socks. Go super light on the clothing.

    * The tips they give about heat stroke are horrible. By the time you have those symptoms you're way past the point you should have done something about it. Just drink a lot of water, and eat salty snacks such as potato chips or pretzels unless of course you're a typical American like me and already consume way too much salt.

    * Beverages containing alcohol. Drinking is practically Japan's national sport. You can buy and drink alcohol anywhere, any time in Japan–except of course at work, though that doesn't stop a lot of people. Alcohol reduces body temperature. Ice cold beer is the stuff for a hot summer day. In Japan, easily the most popular drink in the summertime is Strong Zero, which is 9% alcohol.

    * When you're waiting at a crosswalk, wait in the shade. There's no surer sign someone is from a hot part of the world than seeing them wait in the shade of even something so small as a road sign. Also try walking on the shady side of the street.

    * Straw hat is an absolute essential.

    * Parasol ☂️. If you don't have a parasol, a regular umbrella works, though try to get one in a light color.

    * Mask 😷: You should still be wearing them because of COVID, but it can get super sweaty under there. In the US people think they need an N95 or the like, but any basic mask is fine. In Japan there are a whole lot of mask options, including ones that are very light weight so they don't get too hot. Better to have a light mask than no mask. I have boxes of them, even before the pandemic I had and wore masks. Pandemic aside, people in Japan and Asia in general wear them during flu season as well as allergy season for obvious reasons, especially if they themselves are not feeling well.

    * If you can afford it, get ductless air conditioners. In Japan they have these usually in just one main room, but it's not uncommon to have them in other rooms. Central air conditioning is very expensive and a massive waste. Why cool empty rooms? Cool the room you're in, when you're in it. And when a fan will do just fine, then do that.

"I would do it [study UFOs], but before agreeing to do it, we must insist upon full access to discs recovered. For instance, in the L.A. case, the Army grabbed it and would not let us have it for cursory examination." J. Edgar Hoover-Director of FBI

The security guard called and said, “Sir, there’s a glowing red object hovering right outside the front gate. I’ve got all the men out here with their weapons drawn.” We lost between 16-18 ICBMs (nuclear tipped Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles) at the same time UFOs were in the area… (A high-ranking Air Force officer) said, “Stop the investigation; do no more on this and do not write a final report. I heard that many of the guards that reported the incident were sent off to Vietnam." Captain Robert Salas, USAF, during a videotaped interview for the Disclosure program.

"A few insiders know the truth…and are studying the bodies that have been discovered." -Dr. Edwin Mitchell Apollo 14..the 6th NASA employee to walk on the Moon.

"Maximum security exists concerning the subject of UFOs.” CIA Director, Allen Dulles, 1955.

"It's still classified above Top Secret." – Senator Barry Goldwater, 1975

“Behind the scenes, high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs. But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe that unknown flying objects are nonsense.” Former CIA Director, Roscoe Hillenkoetter, public statement, 1960.

“We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false” -William Casey, CIA director, 1981

“Yes, there have been ET visitations. There have been crashed craft. There have been material and bodies recovered. There has been a certain amount of reverse engineering that has allowed some of these craft, or some components, to be duplicated. And there is some group of people that may or may not be associated with government at this point that have this knowledge. They have been attempting to conceal this knowledge. People in high level government have very little, if any, valid information about this. It has been the subject of disinformation in order to deflect attention and create confusion so the truth doesn’t come out. ” ― Edgar D. Mitchell, The Way of the Explorer: An Apollo Astronaut's Journey Through the Material and Mystical World

AFFIDAVIT (1) My name is Thomas Jefferson Dubose (2) My address is: XXXXXXXXXX (3) I retired from the U.S. Air force in 1959 with the rank of Brigadier General. (4) In July 1947, I was stationed at Fort Worth Army Air Field [later Carswell Air Force Base] in Fort Worth, Texas. I served as Chief of Staff to Major General Roger Ramey, Commander, Eighth Air Force. I had the rank of Colonel. (5) In early July, I received a phone call from Maj. Gen. Clements McMullen, Deputy Commander, Strategic Air Command. He asked what we knew about the object which had been recovered outside Roswell, New Mexico, as reported in the press. I called Col. William Blanchard, Commander of the Roswell Army Air Field, and directed him to send the material in a sealed container to me at Fort Worth. I so informed Maj. Gen. McMullen. (6) After the plane from Roswell arrived with the material, I asked the Base Commander, Col. Al Clark, to take possession of the material and to personally transport it in a B-26 to Maj. Gen. McMullen in Washington, D.C. I notified Maj. Gen. McMullen, and he told me he would send the material by personal courier on his plane to Benjamin Chidlaw, Commanding General of the Air Material Command at Wright Field [later Wright Patterson AFB]. The entire operation was conducted under the strictest secrecy. (7) The material shown in the photographs taken in Maj. Gen. Ramey’s office was a weather balloon. The weather balloon explanation for the material was a cover story to divert the attention of the press. (8) I have not been paid or given anything of value to make this statement, which is the truth to the best of my recollection. Signed: T. J. Dubose Date: 9/16/91 Signature witnessed by: Linda R. Split Notary Public, State of Florida

"There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself. “ — Daniel Inouye Senate Select Committee on Secret Military Assistance to Iran and the Nicaraguan Opposition (Iran-Contra hearings) (1987)

    Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;

MEANINGFUL congressional hearings, ala the Watergate hearings, including aerospace/defense contractors and Vice Admiral Thomas R. Wilson must be held to address a vital issue that transcends politics and we will never properly advance until it happens: The 75+yr ongoing-constitutionally illegal, EXTRATERRESTRIAL and associated TIME TRAVEL cover-ups. How can we truly believe anything our elected officials say?

The dog n pony shows must cease.

The real cause of the Global Warming is there is no EPA in Europe you guys have been releasing CFC refrigerants for several decades into the air. 1 Chlorine molecule destroys 100,000 oxygen molecules in the atmosphere. Too late now the damage is already done. I'm not even a scientist this is just common sense.

We had a great spring this year in Az. And it has been a mild summer so far! It got up to a 120 a couple times. But that’s totally normal for Az. Today is only about 102 and it’s the 24th of July! That’s much cooler than the last few years. Two years ago it got to 128 for close to a week this time of year! And back in 1994 I played a concert under the London Bridge in LHC, Az. And it was 128 that day! There is nothing changed with the weather from what I have seen! Have lived in different parts of USA and weather changes all the time! I grew up back east and had many crazy winters, and many hot summers! Sorry but I have been around for a long time, and the weather we are seeing is nothing un-normal! Weather patterns have always changed throughout history! What has actually changed is the media propaganda, and governments that want you to buy into their climate change, your fault, end of the world, fear agenda!
