Someone calling 911 is the absolute last thing I would ever want. I'm autistic and that would make everything so much worse for me. Give me some water and/or fruit and I'm good. I am prone to overheat and blackout but always know it's coming and can get myself safe before collapse. I disagree that calling 911 should be the first step. Ask the person what they need.
