It is a mental health problem. It's also a law enforcement problem because they dropped the ball once again. This kid was on the radar for too long, and law enforcement knew he was a threat. Same problem with the Parkland shooter. There are strict laws already on the books.

A violent young man did a terrible thing. What does that have to do with two A? 2A is the protection from infringement a citizen to be armed. What a person does with the arms is completely the responsibility of the person, if someone sees they are unwell, they then have a responsibility to remove the person to a proper medical facility right?
