Gov. Hochul keep on letting people out of prison with gun crimes The problem is people with illegal guns
The stupidity of NY and why many gun owners think Dems cannot think logically:
1. NY bans alternative methods of self defense. You cannot even buy pepper spray that is not "state approved". It cannot be mailed to you if you order it. Seriously! They ban everything that is even slightly effective as an alternative! Good luck using pepper spray anyway. They will find your body with it in your hand.
2. NY bans body armor which could be used by citizens who don't want to carry a gun but also want to defend themselves from serious harm. So, if you are in a mass shooting, NY state says you must be EASY TO KILL.
3. NY state releases criminals found to be carrying illegal handguns, without bail. They do this every day in NY state. Tough on guns? NOPE. NY contradicts it's self.
NY hates self defense! They want you to wait for the police, who won't show up in time to save you. Then they can blame gun owners instead of the criminals and their own stupid laws!

Hochul's new gun laws are clearly unconstitutional. She needs to be personally sued for infringing on the Second Amendment right of keeping and bearing arms. Subways and buses are where violent criminal attacks happen. They are PUBLIC SPACED. A restaurant owner doesn't get to tell me that my Constitutional right is not accepted at his place of business! He can be sued for infringement of the Second Amendment. Same have es for public demonstrations, Ted Square, hospitals and the rest of it. Most of this is going to be overruled in court. This is a slap in the face to the Second Amendment!

watches, thank your default governor Kathy Hochul. She's protecting

Because none of these new requirements to carry concealed were in place before the Supreme Court ruling, it's obvious that this nothing but an attempt by the legislature to continue restricting The People's 2A rights. If it wasn't necessary before, why is it necessary now?
I'm curious though, where are these criminals that don't have a problem with robbing or murdering someone but up until now were prevented from committing crimes because they didn't have a concealed carry permit??? Reminds me of the Steve Martin movie "The Jerk" where a man, trying to shoot Martins character, picked his name out of the phone book randomly and began chasing him. The killer was finally thwarted by a sign that read "Carnival Personnel Only" and couldn't continue chasing him into the carnival grounds.

We had 10 minutes of freedom before ny took it away again… can’t wait to move far away! Been saving for YEARS! My advice, never move to ny for a ton of reasons! Visit ADKS at most and if you run into a bear with your kids good luck!
These are purposely being made. They want the illegal guns to come and go. While lawful owners IF caught in prohibited areas would be prosecuted. That’s awesome NY 😑…
I wonder if this law will apply to retired officers that are allowed to keep the rule ccw after retirement. I remember an incident when a man was threading an a retired detective to hit with a metal pipe on the train and the retired cop draw his Weapon and had it at his side trying to reason with the man. I wonder if someone like this would be arrested and have a felony on his record

This is not going to make NY safer. It’s just going to cause more crime. Gun laws do not stop gun violence. It just causes more violence. Criminals know their the only ones who will have the guns. I’m a law abiding citizen just wanting to protect my self and my family where ever we go
