Giants fans who walk into MetLife Stadium this season will little question be thrilled with what they see on the all-new turf field: a big, brand-new addition at midfield featuring the long-lasting, lower-case “ny” logo.
The emblem, stretching from one 43-yard line to the opposite, is blue, outlined in white, the identical logo because the white version the Giants currently have on the edges of their blue helmets.
That is the primary time the Giants will use that logo on their field. It replaces the generic NFL logo at midfield at MetLife Stadium.
The Jets may also feature a recent team-oriented logo for his or her home games at MetLife Stadium this season.
They’ve not yet revealed the precise specifics.
