This insanity needs to stop. Nord Stream 2 (into which west European companies invested and lost $5.5 billion) is sitting idle while Europe is in the worst energy crisis since WW2. Germany, Austria, France, and the UK took orders from the USA, bent over, and were screwed. The resulting global energy supply crisis has cost US consumers $billions in increased fuel costs. The only winners are Big Oil and Big Defense contractors.
