Women, PLEASE do the same thing she did! NEVER stop on a dark road for ANYONE, including the police! If you can, put your Hazard lights on, then dial 911 and let them know that you are afraid and would like to drive to the nearest public location. They will notify all police units in area, so less chance of a rogue cop doing something bad.

I been saying this for years. A third party NOT AFFILIATED with local jurisdictions needs to preform random drug and psychological evaluation on the department and it affiliates. The department is full of idiots like him that stayed out of trouble long enough to get a gun and badge and this is the result. His conduct was unacceptable!
