As sad as it is for people who lose their livelyhoods or even their lives, if you build or buy on a floodplane… what do you expect? Investigations need to be established into every single council that allows the building on floodplane areas. Its not difficult to understand. It is just greed.

We have technology that would allow us to build on stilt-like structures… on regularly flooding areas. It's done in many countries where monsoons happen regularly, and many of those countries don't have nearly the money or sophistication that Australia has.
The data that I have researched and analyzed show that by 2022, we will begin to experience more severe effects from global warming.
What I have warned has actually happened. Storms will become more frequent and heavier. Hail storms, heavy rain floods many cities, heat waves will spread
Temperatures will rise, but it will still be solved if the UN approves me to end global warming. We won't have to face this bad thing again.

The solution to massive pollution i wouldn't be surprised if the government did this on purpose brilliant clean up the water problem of massive pollution and start over. The pution was caused by government corruption so may be this will fix it and no one will know rhe difference and this is why he is the emperor.
