The European Union and South Africa have reached an interim agreement to liberate crates of South African oranges and other citrus fruits trapped in E.U. ports. This comes after government filed a complaint against Brussels at the World Trade Organisation after the E.U. introduced new health and safety rules for imports. SABC News Correspondent Rosie Birchard has been speaking with E.U. officials in Brussels.
