Banks are extremely complicit and deserve to eat the losses rather than a bailout. NYC is one of hardest and most expensive place to live in. Quarter of middle class getting job layoff have hard time find a job or unable to start small business in NYC due to lack of skill and basic needs. They have ton of money but don't know how to start a business after pandemic. They decide to leave the city. They are looking for existing job that would work in the city.
I think a vacation in Ukraine would be safer.

I have been 3 times since COVID lockdowns were lifted. Great location. Lots of fun and interesting things to do. Pay the money. You won't regret it.
