The City of West Hollywood narrowly voted to cut funds for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Instead, West Hollywood leaders are planning to set aside that money for other safety programs.

I’m sure the Sheriffs Department is really all broken up about this. The department is short on personnel and having difficulty recruiting just like most large law enforcement departments in the country. The displaced deputies will just be sent where they’re needed I’m sure.
