A Kenyan mobile operator introduced the first #mobilewallet in 2007. In 2012, Chinese technology stepped in to help, working with local telecom operators to build a stable and robust second-generation mobile wallet financial platform that provides users with safer and more reliable technical support. With #Chinese technical support, the mobile wallet has 30 million active monthly users in #Kenya. It is also Africa’s leading mobile payment platform.

    Am from Kenya, This video is deceiving, Kenya did not invite China to Improve Mpesa. Kenya was the first country to use Mobile money payment before even China could comprehend. Improvement to this platform has been done by technicians from Kenya. China is tying to steal Kenya's achievement.
