I know that members of Congress are not particularly good at mathematical matters but let me make this simple. China has 1.4 Billion people and we, the US have 325 Million people. We don't need to go to war with a country that out numbers us millions of times over. China is not the US and it's people have two choices and only two choices, die at the hands of your government or go to war for your country and die on the battlefield. That is how things work in a dictatorship. They don't get to have opinions or make decisions. Not a single member of Congress would be fighting in this war their so eager to begin and "we the people" will literally be overran and killed. I know that thought process and intelligence left Washington DC many years ago but stop and consider reality before you get us all murdered in our beds. Arrogance and idealism can't outwit physical numbers such as those. We can't win a war like this, it only ends in our destruction. A destruction that the far East has wanted for many, many years. Taipei ("Taiwan") belongs to China and as sorry as I am for their people and their country, I'm not willing to watch my country and friends die for their puppet democracy.
