British media continues its bigoted coverage of the Tory leadership campaign. They report Sunak taking U-Turn in scrapping VAT on energy bills but no mention is made that Sunak had already scrapped VAT from the tourism and hospitality industries last year.
Why has the British media not questioned why Rishi Sunak being private school educated an issue for Liz Truss? Her boss, Boris Johnson is from the most elite private school and several MPs supporting Liz Truss are private school educated!?? Is it because as the son of an immigrant Sunak should have been driving a taxi or running a kebab shop not aspiring to be the Prime minister?
