The economy had a wild week from interest rate increases, to proof of a slow-down, to more data confirming historic levels of inflation. Despite the job market remaining strong, many people are being stretched to a breaking point with their budgets. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda spoke to a few Americans about how they are navigating the dizzying economy.

2/3 of Americans are living outside their means surviving on credit.
And none of our elected leaders are addressing this
We should be middle class and we should have a nice savings if we did not just rack up our credit card debt and take on way too much debt. People live beyond their means and then wonder why they need to sell their body just to pay bills….
