The CBI has raided the residence of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in connection with the excise policy row. Searches are also being conducted across 20 locations in the National Capital Region.
Meanwhile, Manish Sisodia has tweeted refuting all allegations and said that he will cooperate with the investigation. Sisodia said it was unfortunate that those who perform in the country are harassed like this.
Taking to Twitter, Sisodia said, “CBI has come. They are welcome. We are extremely honest. Making the future of millions of children. It is very unfortunate that those who do good work in our country are harassed like this. That is why our country has not yet become number-1.”
