The goofballs and dishonorable people who run the FBI made a number of errors, according to the legal scholars. 1) a warrant can not be used for a fishing trip, rummaging through a person's home for any and all records. 2) The warrant is phony because legally Trump was cooperating with the FBI on records management and storage. 3) A sitting President can not wave the right of executive privilege of a former president, which Biden did. 4) A warrant can not violate the 4th amendment rights of a person. 5) A president has the sole and final right to classify documents. Period.
THE FBI STEPPED IN IT BIG TIME. The top management needs to be replaced or this agency dissolved and their duties taken over by the U.S. Marshals Service. Wray and Garland are incompetents who must be fired. There is a risk for people going to jail here
