Elon Musk revealed Thursday that his AI chatbot Grok – which has landed in hot water after spreading a barrage of antisemitic and violent posts on X – will appear in Tesla vehicles by next week.

“Grok is coming to Tesla vehicles very soon. Next week at the most recent,” Musk wrote in a post on X Thursday morning.

While it’s unknown how Grok can be utilized in Tesla vehicles, superfans have speculated that it’ll be used to fine-tune the voice command function and provides it more of a customizable personality.

Musk’s artificial intelligence firm xAI unveiled the most recent version of the chatbot, Grok 4, on Wednesday, claiming it’s “the neatest AI on the earth.”

Grok currently lives on X, the social media platform formerly often called Twitter that Musk acquired in 2022.

While Musk previously said Grok would make its strategy to Tesla cars, he had not yet shared a timeline.

XAI didn’t immediately reply to The Post’s request for comment.

The world’s richest person, with a net value of $394.2 billion, has been known to lag behind on the rollout of long-awaited launches, halting the production of humanoid robots and at last introducing Tesla robotaxis in Austin, Texas last month.

A speedy AI update to Tesla vehicles next week would coincide with perhaps Grok’s largest controversy so far, after the bot on Tuesday praised Adolf Hitler and spread antisemitic hate, calling for individuals with “certain surnames” to be stripped of their rights and eliminated.

Those posts followed an update to Grok’s software that Musk announced on Friday.

Tweaks to the chatbot also appeared to make Grok more willing to create violent imagery, writing several graphic rape fantasies about Will Stancil, a left-leaning Twitter commentator, and giving users advice on how you can break into his home.

The Grok account on Tuesday said xAI “has taken motion to ban hate speech before Grok posts on X,” though lots of the offensive posts remained online Wednesday.

During a live demonstration of Grok 4 on Wednesday, xAI billed the update as “the world’s strongest AI assistant.”

The corporate boasted that its bot is incredibly proficient on academic tests, especially questions related to math, science and linguistics.

Musk said he hopes to permit Grok to eventually interact with the world through humanoid robots.

“I might expect Grok to find recent technologies which might be actually useful no later than next yr, and possibly end of this yr,” Musk said.

“It would discover recent physics next yr…Let that sink in.”
