I foretold that B.A. is going to crash and burn as their reputation has too. Stupidity at the highest level, and clearly no moral fibre is in this company as they continue to trade blows with their employees. Frankly they deserve everything they are getting. Once upon a time they were the "Nations Favourite Airline" since then they have fallen from their pedestal from a great height and with no parachute. If a company is run by idiots then don't expect anything less. Their shareholders must be seething at this point. I would be, and it's just embarrassing. Good Bye "British Airways" as one will always say eventually "Karma" will have the last laugh.

BA cancelled my direct flight. They put me on a connecting flight, journey taking at least 13 hours. Could not sleep for over 40 hours. Made me sick. Connecting Qatar plane had better touch screens and a great selection of movies. BA's plane was outdated. Even a bus/coach has better touch screen. No power or USB charging points. Can I say 'sick & disappointed'?
