Hurricanes that are too high that burst downwards cause unpredictablity at different place than low heighted those are shown on news weather channels. Past several years disaster causing US tornadoes and flashstorms are balanced by harmless low heighted ones, though not necessary.
Weather channels must show both low and high hurricanes and winds. Heights cause unpredictability.
